1、電(dian)壓應力
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓應力是保(bao)證電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)可靠(kao)性(xing)的(de)(de)一個重(zhong)要指標。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)中有(you)許多器件都有(you)規定最(zui)大(da)耐壓值,比(bi)如:場效應管的(de)(de)Vds和Vgs、二極管的(de)(de)反向耐壓、IC的(de)(de)最(zui)大(da)VCC電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓以及(ji)輸入輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容的(de)(de)最(zui)大(da)耐壓。所(suo)以我(wo)們(men)設計時(shi)必須(xu)(xu)要考慮到器件要承(cheng)受的(de)(de)最(zui)大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。再根據電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓選擇適當(dang)器件,最(zui)后再進行(xing)實際測(ce)試加以驗證。但在(zai)測(ce)試時(shi)我(wo)們(men)必須(xu)(xu)測(ce)試電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)所(suo)有(you)工作狀(zhuang)態(tai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓應力,以確保(bao)在(zai)最(zui)惡劣的(de)(de)工作狀(zhuang)態(tai)下也能(neng)留(liu)出(chu)(chu)約10%的(de)(de)安全裕(yu)量。
2、電流應力

3. 保護電路
