鋰離子電池主(zhu)要由正極、負極、電解液(ye)、隔(ge)膜以及外部連接、包(bao)裝部件構成。其中,正極、負極包(bao)含活性電極物質、導(dao)電劑、粘結(jie)劑等,均勻涂布(bu)于銅箔和鋁箔集流體(ti)上。
鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)正(zheng)極電(dian)(dian)(dian)位較高,常為(wei)(wei)嵌鋰(li)過(guo)(guo)渡金屬(shu)氧(yang)化(hua)物(wu),或者聚陰(yin)離(li)子(zi)化(hua)合物(wu),如(ru)鈷酸(suan)鋰(li)、錳酸(suan)鋰(li)、三元(yuan)、磷酸(suan)鐵鋰(li)等(deng)(deng)(deng);鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)負(fu)極物(wu)質通(tong)(tong)常為(wei)(wei)碳素材(cai)料(liao),如(ru)石(shi)墨和(he)非石(shi)墨化(hua)碳等(deng)(deng)(deng);鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液(ye)主要為(wei)(wei)非水溶液(ye),由(you)有機混合溶劑(ji)和(he)鋰(li)鹽構成,其中(zhong)溶劑(ji)多為(wei)(wei)碳酸(suan)之類(lei)有機溶劑(ji),鋰(li)鹽多為(wei)(wei)單價聚陰(yin)離(li)子(zi)鋰(li)鹽,如(ru)六氟磷酸(suan)鋰(li)等(deng)(deng)(deng);鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)隔膜多為(wei)(wei)聚乙烯、聚丙稀微孔(kong)膜,起到隔離(li)正(zheng)、負(fu)極物(wu)質,防止電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)引起短路,同時能讓(rang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液(ye)中(zhong)離(li)子(zi)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)的(de)作(zuo)用。
在(zai)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程中(zhong),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)內部,鋰以離(li)子形式從正極脫出,由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液傳輸(shu)穿過隔膜,嵌入到(dao)負極中(zhong);電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)外(wai)部,電(dian)(dian)(dian)子由(you)外(wai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路遷(qian)移(yi)(yi)到(dao)負極。在(zai)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程中(zhong):電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)內部鋰離(li)子從負極脫出、穿過隔膜,嵌入到(dao)正極中(zhong);電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)外(wai)部,電(dian)(dian)(dian)子由(you)外(wai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路遷(qian)移(yi)(yi)到(dao)正極。隨著充(chong)、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),遷(qian)移(yi)(yi)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)間的是(shi)“鋰離(li)子”,而非單(dan)質“鋰”,因(yin)此電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)被稱為“鋰離(li)子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)”。
