充電(dian)(dian)(dian)或(huo)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)速率通常根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容量來(lai)表(biao)示。這一速度稱(cheng)為C速率。C速率等于特定條件下的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)或(huo)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,定義(yi)如下:I=M&TImes;Cn

其中:I = 充(chong)電(dian)(dian)或放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流,A

M = C的倍數或(huo)分數

C = 額定容量(liang)的數(shu)值(zhi),Ah

N = 小時(shi)數(對應于C)。

以1倍C速率放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)的(de)電(dian)(dian)池將在(zai)一個小時內釋放(fang)(fang)標稱的(de)額定容量。例如(ru),如(ru)果標稱容量是1000mAhr,那么(me)1C的(de)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)速率對應(ying)(ying)于1000mA的(de)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流,C/10的(de)速率對應(ying)(ying)100mA的(de)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流。



通常生產商標定的(de)電(dian)(dian)池容(rong)量(liang)都是指n=5時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),即5小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)放電(dian)(dian)的(de)容(rong)量(liang)。例如,上(shang)述電(dian)(dian)池在(zai)200mA恒(heng)流放電(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)能(neng)夠提供5小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)。理(li)論上(shang)該電(dian)(dian)池在(zai)1000mA恒(heng)流放電(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)能(neng)夠提供1小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)。然而實際上(shang)由于(yu)(yu)大電(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)效(xiao)能(neng)降低,此時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)將(jiang)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)于(yu)(yu)1小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。

那么怎(zen)樣才能正確地為鋰離子(zi)電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)呢?鋰離子(zi)電(dian)池最(zui)適合(he)的充(chong)電(dian)過(guo)程可以分為四個階段:涓(juan)流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)、恒(heng)流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)、恒(heng)壓充(chong)電(dian)以及充(chong)電(dian)終止。



階段(duan)1:涓流充電(dian)——涓流充電(dian)用(yong)來先(xian)對(dui)完全放電(dian)的(de)電(dian)池單(dan)元進(jin)行預充(恢(hui)復性充電(dian))。在電(dian)池電(dian)壓低于(yu)3V左右(you)時,先(xian)采(cai)用(yong)最(zui)大0.1C的(de)恒定電(dian)流對(dui)電(dian)池進(jin)行充電(dian)。

階段2:恒(heng)(heng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)——當電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)到涓流(liu)(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)閾值(zhi)以上(shang)(shang)時,提高充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)進行恒(heng)(heng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)。恒(heng)(heng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)在0.2C至(zhi) 1.0C之(zhi)間。恒(heng)(heng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時的電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)并(bing)不(bu)要求(qiu)十分精確,準恒(heng)(heng)定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)也可以。在線性充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)設(she)計中(zhong),電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)經常隨著電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓的上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)而(er)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng),以盡量(liang)減輕傳輸晶體管(guan)上(shang)(shang)的 散(san)熱問題。



大于(yu)1C的(de)恒(heng)流(liu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)并不會(hui)(hui)(hui)縮短(duan)整個充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)周(zhou)期時(shi)(shi)間,因此這種做法不可取(qu)。當以(yi)更(geng)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi),由(you)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極反應(ying)的(de)過壓以(yi)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池內部(bu)阻抗上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓上升,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓會(hui)(hui)(hui)更(geng)快速(su)地上升。恒(heng)流(liu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)階(jie)段(duan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)變短(duan),但由(you)于(yu)下面恒(heng)壓充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)階(jie)段(duan)的(de)時(shi)(shi)間會(hui)(hui)(hui)相應(ying)增加(jia),因此總的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)周(zhou)期時(shi)(shi)間并不會(hui)(hui)(hui)縮短(duan)。

階段(duan)3:恒壓(ya)(ya)(ya)充(chong)電(dian)—— 當電(dian)池電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)上升到4.2V時(shi),恒流充(chong)電(dian)結束,開(kai)始恒壓(ya)(ya)(ya)充(chong)電(dian)階段(duan)。為(wei)使性(xing)能(neng)達到最佳,穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)容差應當優于+1%。

階段4:充(chong)電終止(zhi)——與鎳電池不(bu)(bu)同,并不(bu)(bu)建議對鋰離子(zi)電池連(lian)續涓流充(chong)電。連(lian)續涓流充(chong)電會(hui)導致(zhi)金屬鋰出現極板電鍍(du)效應。這會(hui)使電池不(bu)(bu)穩定,并且(qie)有可(ke)能導致(zhi)突然的自動快速(su)解體。



上述四(si)階段的充(chong)電(dian)法完成對完全放電(dian)電(dian)池的充(chong)電(dian)約需要2.5至(zhi)3小時(shi)。像高級充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)如飛天鷹的鋰電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)還采用了更多(duo)安全措施。如果電(dian)池溫度(du)超出指定窗(chuang)口(kou)(通常(chang)為0℃至(zhi)45℃),那(nei)么充(chong)電(dian)會暫停。
