一、電源開(kai)關交流(liu)回(hui)路和整流(liu)器(qi)的交流(liu)回(hui)路是最容(rong)易產(chan)生電磁干擾的嗎(ma)?
開(kai)關電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)產生電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁干擾最嚴(yan)重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)地(di)方(fang)是(shi)開(kai)關變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)初、次級(ji)線(xian)(xian)(xian)圈組成的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),但它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)干擾會(hui)通過(guo)感應對其它(ta)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)產生輻射和傳導干擾,傳導干擾和輻射干擾最嚴(yan)重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)地(di)方(fang)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian),因(yin)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)很(hen)容易成為輻射源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)半波振子天線(xian)(xian)(xian),另外(wai)它(ta)又與外(wai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)進(jin)行連(lian)接,很(hen)容易把(ba)干擾信號傳輸給其它(ta)設(she)備。所以在開(kai)關電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)輸入(ru)端一定要對電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)行有效(xiao)隔(ge)離。
二、正激(ji)和反(fan)激(ji)的區別主要在哪?
正(zheng)激(ji)式(shi)開關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源開關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)管導通(tong)的(de)(de)時(shi)候,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源向(xiang)負(fu)(fu)責(ze)提供功(gong)率(lv)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu),而關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)斷的(de)(de)時(shi)候沒(mei)有(you)功(gong)率(lv)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)。反(fan)激(ji)式(shi)開關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源正(zheng)好(hao)相(xiang)反(fan),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源開關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)管導通(tong)時(shi)只向(xiang)變壓(ya)器存儲能量,沒(mei)有(you)給負(fu)(fu)載(zai)提供功(gong)率(lv)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu),僅(jin)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源開關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)管關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)斷時(shi)才(cai)向(xiang)負(fu)(fu)載(zai)提供輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)。正(zheng)激(ji)式(shi)開關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)是取整流輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)平均值,反(fan)激(ji)式(shi)開關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)是取整流輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)半波平均值,兩種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)相(xiang)位正(zheng)好(hao)相(xiang)反(fan)。
三、銅箔損(sun)耗占電源損(sun)耗比例約為(wei)多少?
非常小,如果(guo)銅箔(bo)損耗大(da),銅箔(bo)的溫(wen)升(sheng)會很高(gao),如果(guo)超過80度(du),銅箔(bo)的油(you)漆(qi)會發(fa)黃。但也只相當(dang)于一個1~3瓦左右(you)的金屬膜電阻(zu)在(zai)同樣溫(wen)升(sheng)時(shi)的損耗。
四、做DC TO DC效(xiao)率有點低(di),怎樣解決?
把工作頻(pin)率(lv)降(jiang)低,或把電源開(kai)(kai)關管換成一個高速開(kai)(kai)關管,另外,還可(ke)以把變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)體積加大,把最(zui)大磁通(tong)密度(Bm)的(de)(de)取(qu)值降(jiang)低,即(ji)把開(kai)(kai)關變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)初級(ji)線圈的(de)(de)匝數增加,因為開(kai)(kai)關變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)磁滯損耗(hao)和渦流損耗(hao)與工作頻(pin)率(lv)成正(zheng)比(bi),與最(zui)大磁通(tong)密度增量(liang)的(de)(de)平方成正(zheng)比(bi)。
五、反激式變壓器電源輸(shu)出側有毛刺(ci),且毛刺(ci)的頻(pin)率和原邊(bian)開關頻(pin)率一樣(yang),怎么(me)消除(chu)毛刺(ci)呢?
在次級整流(liu)(liu)與濾波電容(rong)之間串了一(yi)個小電感,但(dan)電感流(liu)(liu)過直流(liu)(liu)時不能飽和,這種電感的磁回(hui)路不能用封閉式的,必須要留有很(hen)大的氣(qi)隙(xi)。
