MCU與液晶顯(xian)示器(qi)(qi)數(shu)據線(xian)、址(zhi)線(xian)工作(zuo)頻率較高,是產生輻射主要(yao)干(gan)(gan)擾源(yuan);小信(xin)號電(dian)路是抗(kang)(kang)外界(jie)干(gan)(gan)擾最薄(bo)弱(ruo)環節(jie),適(shi)當增加高抗(kang)(kang)干(gan)(gan)擾能力(li)TVS及(ji)高頻電(dian)容、鐵氧(yang)體磁(ci)珠等元(yuan)器(qi)(qi)件,以提(ti)高小信(xin)號電(dian)路抗(kang)(kang)干(gan)(gan)擾能力(li);與機殼距離(li)較近小信(xin)號電(dian)路,應加適(shi)當絕緣(yuan)耐(nai)壓處理等。功率器(qi)(qi)件散熱(re)器(qi)(qi)、主變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)電(dian)磁(ci)屏蔽(bi)(bi)層要(yao)適(shi)當接,綜合考慮各(ge)(ge)種(zhong)接措施,有(you)助于提(ti)高整機電(dian)磁(ci)兼容性。各(ge)(ge)控制(zhi)單元(yuan)間大面(mian)積接用接板(ban)屏蔽(bi)(bi),可以改善電(dian)源(yuan)適(shi)配器(qi)(qi)內部工作(zuo)穩定性。
整流器機架上,要考(kao)慮(lv)各整流器間(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)耦合、整機線(xian)布置(zhi)、交流輸入中(zhong)線(xian)、線(xian)及直流線(xian)、防雷線(xian)間(jian)正確關系、電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)兼容(rong)量級正確分配等。以上這些都是減少電(dian)(dian)(dian)源適配器內部干擾,提高其(qi)自身電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)兼容(rong)性的方(fang)法(fa)。
